Pressure Vessels

Pressure vessels are constructed of materials made using advanced engineering techniques. They are capable of storing either liquid or gas at higher than normal atmospheric pressures and have been manufactured using the ASME Section VIII manufacturing guidelines. These vessels are made from various grades of stainless steel, carbon steel, and/or Hastelloy, all of which provide maximum safety and strength in extreme environments.

Head designs used to manufacture these vessels include elliptical, torispherical, or some other combination of head styles. The purpose of these specialty head designs is to evenly distribute stresses across the head and to reduce the risk of fatigue failure. Safety relief valves, pressure gauges, and virtually all pressure vessels used in the oil and gas industry and other critical applications have been rigorously tested and are equipped with safety relief valves, pressure gauges, custom-designed linings, and are engineered for reliable performance.
