Multi Stage Homogenizer
The Multi-Stage Homogenizer is an advanced inline mixer that can produce high-quality emulsions through the use of forceful shear forces working against one another, as well as reducing particle size to the smallest possible size. The rotor-stator-style assembly that is constructed specifically for this machine has precision-engineering characteristics; it also features concentric stages for enhanced stability and consistency in the resulting product. Ideal for producing ultra-fine emulsions and/or dispersions in a multitude of industries, including pharmaceuticals, foods and chemicals.
This machine is made from high-quality SS 316L and produces high volumes of outputs while requiring very little upkeep. The sanitary construction and CIP-compatible design allow for a highly rapid processing rate, with no agglomerates or “fish eyes.” It is available in multiple sizes, with optional variable frequency drives for setting very low speeds for optimum energy efficiency and reliability, making it an exceptional industrial homogenization solution.
